Holy mother of God, it’s been a long time.

Just warning you… This post is going to be long as fuck. But alas, there is much to say.

For anyone that remembers the whole love triangle between J, T, and I, I’ll start with that….

As of February 21st I’ve been dating T. I was looking for a reason…

vbillies:Hola! Day 16 Recap!!! How stoked are you SuperHumans?!? The temperatures cooled down but my workout did not!!!! Put in 2 hours yesterday to compensate for my Monday loss and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world! I pushed myself beyond my limits thanks to my wonderful trainer and seeing gains will be a long but enjoyable ride! Today was full out cross training! ✳️Just a taste✳️: ⭐️Day 16:⭐️⭐️Warm up:⭐️•stair warm up level 110 for 5 minutes••warmed up my shoulders with 8lb ball to wall tosses••targeted obliques crunching (mid, right left, down halfway) on a high decline•⭐️Workout:⭐️•wide and regular stance squats progressively adding 10-15lbs each set•✅SuperSet✅•tricep kickbacks••chest presses••skull crushers••machine rows in three grips with heavy sets•😎🔥Toning is fun, ain’t it?🔥Lol ⭐️Cardio:⭐️Ended with a ✅20 mins cardio sesh on the stair master Level 90-120 intervals with 30-45 second breaks every two minutes ✅ ⭐️Stretching⭐️Tied it all up with foam rolling and yoga stretches. I felt amazing afterward!!! Yea I’m sore today! 😁Later that evening: 🌙Nothing like a meditative gathering with my fellow light beings for to be present, enjoy genuine laughter (lots of it!), conversing on multiple planes, the freedom of expression and love to end humpday!🌙 😁  Join me whenever my pplz!
