Hola! Day 16 Recap!!! How stoked are you SuperHumans?!? The temperatures cooled down but my workout did not!!!! Put in 2 hours yesterday to compensate for my Monday loss and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world! I pushed myself beyond my limits thanks to my wonderful trainer and seeing gains will be a long but enjoyable ride! Today was full out cross training!
✳️Just a taste✳️:
•stair warm up level 110 for 5 minutes•
•warmed up my shoulders with 8lb ball to wall tosses•
•targeted obliques crunching (mid, right left, down halfway) on a high decline•
•wide and regular stance squats progressively adding 10-15lbs each set•
•machine rows in three grips with heavy sets•😎
🔥Toning is fun, ain’t it?🔥Lol
Ended with a ✅20 mins cardio sesh on the stair master Level 90-120 intervals with 30-45 second breaks every two minutes ✅
Tied it all up with foam rolling and yoga stretches. I felt amazing afterward!!! Yea I’m sore today! 😁
